Virginia Legislative Session Concludes on Positive Note for Data Center Industry

The 2025 Virginia Legislative Session concluded on Feb. 22, 2025, during which the data center industry and its industry advocates ensured changes to the regulatory climate that served Virginia well. McGuireWoods Consulting was engaged on behalf of multiple data center developers and operators, both prospectively and throughout the legislative process.
