Ginger Barbour

Ginger Barbour is a research associate on the McGuireWoods Consulting Virginia government relations team, where she supports a variety of legislative initiatives. Previously, Ginger served as a research associate for the firm's national advocacy team and began her career as an intern for the Virginia government relations team in 2022. In this capacity, she worked on diverse projects involving health care, K-12 and higher education, energy and economic development. Prior to rejoining McGuireWoods Consulting, Ginger worked as the communications associate for the Democratic Party of Virginia. She holds a B.S. in health science and a minor in theatre from James Madison University.
